Description:An original proof wood-engraving from 'The Serpent's Presence' by Eurof Walters published by the Golden Cockerel press in 1954. Printed on a sheet of cream hand-made watermarked wove paper c.210 x 173 mm. Mounted in a double Ingres mount c. 325 x 260 mm. Fine condition. One of a small number of hand pulled proofs prior to the books publication.
