Printed in black ink on a sheet of fine india paper c.6. x 10. cm. A lifetime impression india paper proof issued in small numbers prior to 1828. Especially noticeable is the light silvery pencil-like quality which is much finer than any of the contemporary book impressions or later re-strikes which tend towards heavier inking.
