A very “Art Deco” design for a wedding dress but possibly a costume design for the London Casino Review. Freddy Wittop designed for the Folies Bergere in Paris in the 1930’s creating costumes for Josephine Baker among others. He worked in New York on Broadway musicals and designed clothes for Lucille Ball and other film actresses in the 1940’s. More examples by this artist in stock.
