Arthur Hogg 1872-1949, painter, etcher and mezzotint engraver. Born in London and studied at the Royal College of Art and in Paris. He exhibited at the R.A. London Salon and Chenil Gallery. Specialised in mezzotint engravings after old masters which were published by the Museum Galleries and others
