Eveleen Buckton A.R.E, water-colour painter, sculptor, etcher and wood-engraver was a student of Tonks and Steer at the Slade in the 1890’s. She attended Frank Shorts etching classes at the R.C.A. in c.1918. Elected associate of the R.E. in 1937.
