Hesketh Hubbard studied at Heatherley’s School of Fine Art, Croydon School of Art and Chelsea Polytechnic. He was founder of the Forest Press and for a time, Master of the Art Workers Guild. Exhibited widely including ROI, RSA, RA, RBA and Ridley Art Club.His printed work included as well as etching, lino-cuts and coloured wood-cuts. He also wrote many books and articles on art.
