William Walcot
William Walcot RE, was born in Russia and studied at St.Petersburg and in Paris. Mainly an etcher of architectural subjects, he also illustrated books with etchings. His early etchings were published by The Fine Arts Society who sponsored him when he arrived in London in 1906. Ref; Architectural Watercolours and Etchings of W.Walcot. 1919.
