Drawn on a sheet of white wove paper c.32 x 22 cm. attached along the top edge to a support sheet c. 39 x 29.5 cm. signed with the artists “W” lower r/h corner. The story of Little Muck is from a 19th. cent. fairy tale by Wilhelm Hauff. There was also a feature film from 1953 directed by Wolfgang Staudte.
