From an edition of 50 proofs, each signed and numbered in pencil by the artist. Printed at the Compton Press on Zerkall white wove paper, c.13.5 x 13 cm. Old mounting hinges on the reverse top corners. Made to illustrate “A Year of Birds” by Iris Murdoch which was issued in a limited edition of 350 copies and 50 copies with the proofs, one of which is offered here.
