Aubrey Beardsley

Printed by W.Griggs (lithographers) in four colours on the full sheet of smooth wove paper. As published as supplement to The Studio in 1896 with the blind stamp in the lower margin. This print was executed by Beardsley especially for this publication and is the only coloured lithograph by the artist although done by a professional lithographer. The print also bears a signature in pencil above the title, probably by another hand?
