Original wood-engraving as printed & published on the rear cover of the “Dial” magazine 1892.in a limited edition of 200 copies. Also used on three subsequent issues 1893-97. Charles Ricketts was elected ARA in 1922 and RA in 1928. He exhibited widely and examples of his works are in many major collections. For another example of this print see BM AN391520001 Reg.
