From the collection of Gilbert Dalziel with his signature on the reverse. The Dalzeil brothers were probably responsible for cutting the wood-block prior to the image being published in a magazine. Greiffenhagen exhibited at most of the principle galleries and examples of his work can be seen at the V&A and other public collections. See Houfe 1981 page 325 for more information.
