Max Beckmann

As published in “Kunst und Kunstler” 1913 by Cassirer in Berlin.7 original lithographs (two full page) with the accompanying text being pages 289-196 of the journal.Bound in decorated paper wrappers. Beckmann studied in the Kunstschule Weimar 1899/1903 then in Berlin 1905/1914. He was one of the major print makers in Germany mainly in the expressionist school of artists.
