Description:Printed on a sheet of wove paper c.29.5 x 31.5 cm. Signed, titled and numbered 39/45 in pencil. Roderic Barrett studied at the Central School of Arts and Design from 1936 and remained until 1968 before taking up an appointment as Tutor at the Royal Academy Schools. Exhibited at the SWE 1939-1960. The engraving “Journey” is thought to be Barrett’s masterpiece. Ref. Hal Bishop 1997. Buckman p.92.
